Because of this investment, Gioronte transforms nature’s elements without disrupting nature and accelerates Earth’s billion-year process in under 600 hours. Renewable energy powers 100% of Gioronte-grown gems, and by 2024, 100% of Gioronte’s supply chain will be powered with clean energy, ultimately delivering a cleaner and more pure jewels.

The Path To Carbon Zero

Using an alchemic approach, Gioronte extracts carbon from the sky and natural animal gases while utilizing recycled water and renewable energy. To address its climate impacts, Gioronte exchanges data and value chain analyses annually conducted by third-party carbon footprint assessments. Today, Gioronte is globally recognized for its sustainable methods and responsible practices across the entire supply chain, from gem cutting to jewelry manufacturing.

Beyond the planet, Gioronte is a global brand building a team of international members from all backgrounds. Fostering ethical practices means creating equal opportunities for all. Currently, 50% of our workforce is women, including teams across gem cutting, manufacturing, design, and sales, and 45% of our management team is women-led. As a part of our hiring process, we are conscious of maintaining the total number of female employees at 50% or higher in the coming years.
