We offer complimentary returns on fine jewelry pieces within 14 days.

Resizing + Repairs

Gioronte offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. Resizes are not included.

Please note:

• Bangles and eternity bands cannot be resized
• Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made
• Gioronte does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers
